Sweet & Spicy Kielbasa Crock Pot Recipe

 

2 tablespoon brown sugar

3 tablespoon spicy mustard

1 small onion chopped fine

3 tablespoon apple vinegar

1 cup applesauce

1 cup ketchup

2 pounds kielbasa or smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch

pieces

1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained

 

 

 

In a crockpot, combine brown sugar, mustard and onion; add

kielbasa and stir well to coat evenly. Cover and cook on LOW

for 5-6 hours, HIGH for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Added pineapples a few hours after kielbasa
