And the Merrimack River life cycle starts to turn again...
Young rowers and coxswains offer themselves as human sacrifices to the Mighty Merrimack. Almost all have never rowed a boat before and many have never been on a river in a rowing boat. If they work hard and listen carefully they will be Andover Crew racers by Halloween and the Merrimack River will be their home away from home.
